Sewanee Update Several parents will be meeting at the The San Antonio Taco Co at 416 21st Ave S near Vanderbilt on Friday evening at 7:30 for dinner/drinks. All are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun.
It was sure nice to have a home game and reconnect with Tiger alumni and parents. Thanks to all those that helped make the first home tailgate a success. Now it is time to get back to our winning ways in Tennessee as the DePauw Tigers battle the Sewanee Tigers.
Tailgating activities will begin at approximately 11:30 a.m., unless people want to get there sooner. The tailgating area is behind the stadium near the practice field. There is a security officer at the back of the stadium that should be able to direct the DePauw fans to the right location. The current weather forecast call for a sunny day with temperatures in the low 70’s.
For those of you that haven’t traveled to Sewanee it is an absolutely beautiful campus. In the past the parents and players have been invited to dine in one of the dining halls immediately following the game so please plan accordingly.
We hope to see a lot of Black and Gold on Saturday.
